Missions
- Production of different and international pastries
- Leading, training and developing Pastry cook assistants (2 to 5 persons)
- Attending and decoration of the buffets during the service
- Participation at the creation of the menus
- Preparation of the orders and administration of the stock
- Ensuring the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures
- Development of your staff by organizing training and formation
Profiles
- Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar certification compulsory
- Experience in the function and in the management required
- Knowledge of traditional pastry, catering and Viennese breads
- Fluent in English
