Missions
- Privileged interlocutor between the different services in the Village, the commercial of Club Med Business offices and the companies who are our clients
- Ensure the daily computer update services modifications (stays, transport, services, additional clauses, invoices…)
- Prepare activities program and details according to guest expectations and prepare adapted documents (welcome speech, restaurant booking)
- Supervize and control the application of the program with the different services of the Village
- Welcome the group.s and informe them of the services and internal and external events
- Propose and sell adjoining services to our clients (discovery activities, souvenirs, sport challenges…)
- To put in ideas concerning sales of services during the conception of the program (with the Commercials) and during the stay of our group.s (with the managers of our profit centres)
- Receive the decision makers during their reconnaisance visit and establish detailled report for the Commercial office
Profiles
- Availablity and international mobility from 6 to 12 months
- Degree in International Commerce or Marketing/Communication skills required
- Experience in business tourism required (Organizational skills of seminars or events required)
- Computer skills required
- Fluent in English mandatory, knowledge of another language is a plus
