I discovered Club Med in 1982 when a friend proposed that I go there for a week to a village in Corsica. There I met an Archery G.O who told me a lot about her profession and especially about the different destination that she had discovered thanks to Club Med. It inspired me and I told myself that the dream was perhaps accessible.
That is how I started a season, then two, until seven in villages! I then occupied different positions at Club Med Head Office (salesperson at the Call Centre, Assistant of the Sales Director for Paris and its Region) and I am now in charge of the Club Med agency on the Champs-Elysées in Paris.
AOriginally, I had no predispositions in the sales professions but Club Med allowed me to evolve very rapidly by proposing training. The attention paid to others, whether customers or sales people, is a key quality to succeed in this position. Business culture, availability, tolerance, the desire to give pleasure are others.
By joining Club Med and working there, I had the impression of always being on holiday, in dream places with people always in a good mood. In short,a fulfilling environment! My season in Moorea in Polynesia with its gentle way of life is my best memory. But there are others and these memories make me want to continue to work for the company in which I still believe!
